This is a part-time Leasing Agent position for a self-storage facility, ideal for a college student or retiree looking to earn extra income. Requirements

Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web Research
Ability to work Saturdays and occasionally fill in during the week when Property Manager is off
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Central TX property.

Responsibilities

Respond to leads and answer prospect calls.
Maintain excellent customer service relationship with clients and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins.
Process lease paperwork
Sweep units, hallways and assist in cleaning property
Collection calls to clients
