About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for showing residential and/or commercial properties, assisting prospective tenants, and managing the leasing process from application to move-in. You will play a key role in creating a positive tenant experience while achieving leasing goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and tour prospective tenants through available properties.
- Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures to prospective tenants.
- Process rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospective tenant interactions.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure high occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with property management to address tenant concerns and property issues.
- Achieve leasing targets and contribute to overall property success.
