About The Position

Heirloom Property Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join their growing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, conducting property showings, managing schedules, and guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process. Requirements

Must be of the age of 18 or older
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
Must have a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Must have use of a reliable, insured vehicle
Strong customer service experience required, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and in writing
Strong computer skills, including PC or Mac with experience in MS Office, Google, and web-based software
Ability to work Monday-Friday with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend availability
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for daily travel to local properties

Experience with Appfolio is preferable

Responsibilities

Conduct showings at properties available for rent
Manage a calendar of showings and deliver property-specific information to prospective tenants
Guide prospective tenants through Heirloom’s leasing process
Produce marketing materials
Writing and reviewing lease material
Conducting move-ins for new tenants
