Requirements

• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
• At least 6 months of sales experience
• A positive, driven individual who is passionate about helping residents feel at home

Nice To Haves

• Previous multifamily housing experience preferred (6+ months)
• Experience with Entrata software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide prospective residents through tours, phone calls, and digital inquiries
• Deliver excellent customer service with timely follow-up and support
• Assist residents by scheduling maintenance requests and keeping accurate Records
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
