Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail
- A desire to learn, grow, and build a career in property management
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of apartment industry experience preferred
- Section 42 Tax Credit experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct community and apartment tours for prospective residents
- Process rental applications and prepare move-in documentation
- Submit and follow up on maintenance requests
- Build positive relationships with prospects and residents
- Assist with leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
