About The Position

The Leasing Agent position at Lorenzo at East Mil is responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the community, capturing leases, and converting prospects to residents. This role contributes ideas to the Management team on marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction, ensuring each resident experience aligns with S2 Residential’s mission and core values.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Must be consistently detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to listen and understand goals.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of ResMan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, and show qualified future residents, and close on leases.
• Process income, rental, and employment verifications to meet qualification standards.
• Perform outreach and online marketing activities.
• Engage in and participate in Resident Events.
• Manage fair housing, regulatory, and compliance related services.
• Walk the property and maintain the cleanliness of the office and model apartments.
