About The Position

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join their growing employee-owned company in State College, PA. This role is central to the company's communities in State College. PMI has been in business for over 55 years, manages over $4 billion in real estate assets, and serves over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. A PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required; the company will cover the cost for obtaining one.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours of rental properties to prospects.
• Follow up by telephone and email to prospects.
• Assist in Leasing Events.
• Daily customer service with our residents - work order requests, communications, etc.
• Various data entry.
• Answer Phones.
• Property Inspections.
