About The Position

Malvern Manor is an elegant community of renovated one and two-bedroom apartment homes situated in Richmond's near West End. We are looking to add a Leasing Agent with previous residential leasing experience to our team. As a leasing agent you will greet prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, answer incoming phone calls and handle accordingly. You will maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends and assist in creative and efficient ways to market the property and be responsible for maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other common areas of the property. Requirements

Previous residential leasing experience
Prior experience in customer service
One year experience in leasing and property management
Good leasing and/or closing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Team player
