About The Position
We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Our company emphasizes a TEAM APPROACH and expects every person to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives. OUR PEOPLE ARE OUR SUCCESS!!!! Every position is vital to the success and performance of the Tipton Asset Group, Inc. For that reason, we look for leaders who will deliver the highest level of service to our residents.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED required
- Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
- Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
- Availability to work Mondays - Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Become the friendly, public face of our property and a key representative of the management office for all current and prospective residents.
- Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
- Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
- Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
- Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
