The Leasing Agent plays a critical role in the property management team by serving as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service roles.

Responsibilities

Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and communicate leasing terms and conditions clearly.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and lease agreements in compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy and address tenant inquiries promptly.
