About The Position

The Leasing Consultant initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing. The primary objective is to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, compliance with any regulated affordable housing program, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. The Leasing Agent is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent client service.

Ability to effectively communicate with prospective residents, team members, and management.
Comfortable promoting and leasing property units while meeting occupancy goals.
Able to manage paperwork, appointments, and schedules seamlessly.
Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

Initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing.
Assists the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, compliance with any regulated affordable housing program, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.
Ensures the delivery of excellent client service.
Greets prospective residents with a warm and friendly demeanor, helps them find their ideal home, and guides them through the leasing process.
Conducts property tours, highlights key features, and closes leasing deals.
Handles leasing paperwork, ensures accurate record-keeping, and maintains availability of units.
Fosters strong relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
