About The Position
Clayton Pointe Apartments is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Agent with ResMan experience to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, have a bubbly personality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Experience using ResMan (required).
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leasing or sales experience preferred, but not required – we will train the right person on leasing if you bring the right skills and software knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community and apartments.
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
- Use ResMan software daily to process leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
- Respond to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with excellent customer service.
- Stay informed about leasing specials, community features, and market trends.
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional appearance in the office and throughout the community.
