About The Position

Point Real Estate Management is looking to add a full-time Leasing Agent to our growing team! This multi-site position offers variety in daily routine! The Leasing Agent will be responsible for a portfolio of multifamily properties located in Madison and surrounding areas. This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to the travel between properties. Primary office location will be based out our PRM Madison office. Rotating shifts required at our off-site properties located in Janesville, Waunakee and Sun Prairie. Travel compensation provided. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is friendly, motivated, energetic and enjoys variety in their workday! The Leasing Agent will promote leasing, retention and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction. They will create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents through customer service focus.

Requirements

Experience in working with the public and/or sales
Knowledge of professional business discipline
High School diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Outgoing self-starter with excellent customer service skills and/or a sales background

Responsibilities

Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents.
Invite prospects to tour.
Record traffic and leasing activity.
Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view.
Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial.
Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
Walk through units to ensure they are ready.
Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums.
Promote other income items.
Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties.
