About The Position

Real Property Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to help renters find a place to call home. In this role, you will nurture prospects, show properties, and play an essential part in the leasing process. You will be part of a collaborative team, interacting with operations and other aspects of the business, gaining a solid understanding of what the company offers and the value it provides to clients. The company provides leasing and sales training, guidance on conducting showings, and opportunities for bonuses, raises, and promotions for successful agents. This role is also beneficial for Real Estate Agents looking to gain experience and consistent revenue. The focus is on building relationships with residents to ensure they love where they live.

Requirements

• A working knowledge of various computer softwares.
• Past experience actively using and updating a CRM.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A NH Real Estate license.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity and prior experience with property management and leasing are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Nurture Leads: Reach out to incoming applicants to arrange showings and follow up after showings to secure signed leases and repeat residents.
• Conduct Showings: Tour leads through rental properties, helping them visualize themselves living there.
• Get Applications & Get Leases: Guide leads through the application process, keep them informed, and secure signed lease agreements.
• Solicit Feedback and Make Recommendations: Gather direct feedback on rent pricing, features, and amenities from applicants and provide observations to influence listed rent prices.
• Service with A Smile: Serve as the first point of contact for leads, answering questions, putting them at ease, and creating a positive first impression throughout the showing and application process.
