Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using marketing platforms and property management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must be able to obtain the Residential Leasing License within 120 days of hire.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update vacancy lists for all available residential properties.
• Manage marketing platforms to promote properties effectively.
• Respond to online inquiries and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct property showings for prospective tenants.
• Ensure all application information is complete and accurate.
• Receive, delegate, and track maintenance requests and activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct move in and move out inspections.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor consistent with skills and responsibilities.
