About The Position
Biltmore Properties is hiring a full-time, onsite Leasing Agent in Phoenix (85015) to guide prospects through a smooth, compliant leasing process and support steady occupancy. Pay is $20–22/hour, depending on experience. The role involves welcoming and assisting prospects, conducting apartment tours, supporting the application and lease paperwork process, maintaining accurate records, and using RealPage to track activity.
Requirements
- Prior LIHTC experience
- RealPage software experience
- Professional communication, strong organization, and a customer-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospects in person, by phone, and email; answer questions clearly and promptly
- Conduct apartment tours and present available homes with confidence
- Support applications, screening steps, and lease paperwork while following LIHTC requirements
- Maintain accurate records, follow up with leads, and coordinate closely with the property team
- Use RealPage to track activity and keep leasing data organized
