This role will provide you with warm leads, which allows you to focus on face-to-face sales out in the field.

Requirements

2+ years customer service experience required
CRM experience preferred
Valid driver's license required
Work independently to achieve goals
Organized and Professional
Baseline knowledge of Denver neighborhoods

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years sales or leasing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lease apartments – showing and selling the features and benefits of renting to prospective tenants.
Provide information and answer all questions to prospective tenants.
Follow up with prospects during sales process via email, phone, texts.
Report prospect and pricing feedback.
Take ownership of filling and managing your calendar with showings with warm leads via emails, texts, and phone calls.
Respond to email, phone, and walk-in leads.
Provide yearly scorecards for each building.
Involvement and effective communication with all departments within the Company.
Other duties as assigned.
