We are seeking a motivated, service-driven Leasing Agent to join our growing team. This position offers a competitive base salary plus a per-lease bonus structure — designed to reward high performance and maximize earning potential. Requirements

  • Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and outside traditional business hours
  • Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective residents, providing detailed information about available properties
  • Conduct engaging property tours tailored to each prospect’s needs
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage unit showings
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Meet and exceed monthly leasing targets
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Navigate and update records within the AppFolio software environment
  • Travel between properties as needed (reliable transportation required
  • Support additional projects and operational initiatives as assigned
  • New move-in follow-up phone calls
  • Work order satisfaction follow-up calls
  • Renewal reminders
  • Delinquency calls
  • Resident satisfaction surveys
  • Delivering resident notices and 5-day letters
  • Entering and tracking work orders
