About The Position
Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent for their team at Twin Lakes Apartments in Harrisburg, PA. This role involves showcasing available units, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, and contributing to the community's success. PMI is a stable, growing, employee-owned company with over 55 years in the real estate industry, managing significant real estate assets and serving numerous customers and clients.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required. If you don’t have one, we will pay for you to get one!
Responsibilities
- Show and lease apartments to interested parties.
- Run tenant applications.
- Assist with rent collection.
- Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc.
- Various data entry.
