Leasing Agent (Bilingual Required)
About The Position
The Leasing Agent position at The Wynne is responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the community, capturing leases, and converting prospects to residents. This role contributes ideas to the Management team on marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction, ensuring each resident experience aligns with S2 Residential’s mission and core values. The primary focus is on leasing, exceeding future and current resident experiences, engaging with them through greeting, touring, showing, and closing on qualified prospects. Responsibilities include processing income, rental, and employment verifications, performing outreach and online marketing, engaging in resident events, managing fair housing and compliance, and maintaining the cleanliness of the office and model apartments.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service experience
- Must be consistently detail oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to listen and understand goals.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Knowledge of ResMan a plus
- Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bilingual Required
Responsibilities

- Walk the property and clean up the office and model apartments as needed.
