About The Position
Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a part-time Leasing Agent in Reno, NV to lease apartment units and provide exceptional service to both current and prospective residents. This position offers competitive pay starting at $18 per hour, based on property size and experience. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or the service industry
- Flexible availability, including "on call" hours as needed
- Valid driver’s license

- leasing experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conducting property tours and showcasing available units and amenities
- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Following up with prospective residents to guide them through the leasing process
- Collaborating with property staff to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
- Maintaining strong closing ratios and working to meet or exceed occupancy goals
- Preparing accurate rental paperwork and clearly explaining lease terms to residents
- Ensuring safety by promptly reporting hazards and assisting with property upkeep
