About The Position
AAMCI is seeking a dynamic person to join our team as a PART TIME Leasing Agent at a 101-unit Section 8/Tax Credit elderly/disabled community in Knoxville, TN. The community is an affordable housing community with rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.
Requirements
- Customer Service
- Organized
- Computer Software Knowledge - Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks
Responsibilities
- Marketing of qualified households to increase occupancy
- Answer telephone inquiries - busy multi phone lines
- Lease vacant units
- Interview potential applicants
- Assist with third-party verifications
- Follow-up with applicants
- Submit files as needed for compliance
- Intake of work orders
- Data entry and correspondence
