About The Position

STYL Residential is seeking a hardworking Leasing Agent to support its Broadstone Scottsdale Quarter community in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role is responsible for leasing apartments to prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service, and representing the STYL brand. The Leasing Agent oversees the leasing process, builds relationships with prospects and residents, supports resident retention and satisfaction, and helps maintain the community’s presentation and reputation. This position offers training and development and opportunities for career advancement within a growing portfolio.

Requirements

Highly motivated, outgoing self-starter who is excited to join a growing company.
Superior customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues professionally and communicate clearly.
Availability to work weekends and extended hours based on community needs.
Reliable and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Outstanding verbal, written, and listening skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Efficient time management and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree.
Prior customer service or sales experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on specific property needs.

Responsibilities

Oversee the sales process and provide an exceptional tour experience for prospective residents.
Follow up proactively with current and prospective renters and maintain the Customer Relationship Management database.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and current residents to support retention and satisfaction.
Contribute to the community’s positive online reputation.
Partner with marketing to generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
Assist with planning and executing resident engagement events.
Keep the tour path, apartment homes, and amenity spaces clean and consistent with company standards.
Follow company-standard opening and closing procedures.
Maintain product and market knowledge, including shopping competitive properties and completing market surveys.
Complete lease applications and assist with verification of application information.
Use customer service skills to resolve issues professionally.
Complete weekly leasing reports accurately and on time.
Inspect apartment homes before residents move in to support a superior move-in experience.
Accept rent payments, security deposits, and other applicable fees.
Perform other job duties as required.
