Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking an upbeat, service-minded Leasing Agent for our property at Geneva Tower, in Cedar Rapids, IA. Requirements
- Cheerful, Positive Attitude
- Must have valid driver's license
- Weekends required
- Vehicle required
- HS diploma or GED
- Personal Smart Phone technology required

- OneSite experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Finding prospects and helping them choose to lease.
- Nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork.
- Understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media.
