About The Position

Prospect Equities® is seeking a motivated and client-focused Leasing Agent to join our Chicago team. We provide ready leads, allowing you to focus on assisting clients, conducting apartment tours, and closing leases. This is a part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours per week, with an estimated earning potential of $2,000–$6,000 per month, depending on performance and completed leases. The position offers a flexible schedule and is Chicago-based.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required
• Strong English communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, text, email, and in person

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the Chicago rental market is preferred
• Previous leasing, sales, or real estate experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective renters
• Follow up with company-provided leads
• Understand clients’ housing needs and recommend suitable properties
• Respond to leasing inquiries professionally and promptly
• Assist clients with rental applications, documentation, and lease signing
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-ups
