About The Position

Caisson Real Estate is a boutique commercial real estate firm located in San Antonio and Houston, TX, specializing in tenant representation and commercial investment properties. The company is seeking passionate and fearless team members to help grow the company and tenant advisory team, and to develop into leaders within the organization. This role involves significant client network growth through cold calling and door-stepping, identifying potential tenants, conducting property tours, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a successful leasing process.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to actively cold call and doorstep potential clients. Up to 40 client visits per day.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Must have laptop, Microsoft Office, and smart phone.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Actively cold call and doorstep potential clients and input data into CRM program.
  • Assist supervising agent with lease space showing and tenant tours.
  • Set client appointments for yourself and supervisor.
  • Prepare comparative market analysis and tour schedules for supervising agent and clients.
  • Prepare commission agreements, request for proposals, letters of intent and leasing documents for supervising agent and clients.
  • Quickly respond to tenant leads received through marketing efforts.
  • Assist brokers & supervisor with other duties related to tenant advisory.
  • Maintain daily updates on company CRM with weekly reports to supervisor.
