About The Position

Dominium is seeking a motivated Lease-Up Leasing Consultant to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is crucial in addressing the affordable housing crisis by creating quality, affordable homes and fostering a strong sense of community. The Lease-Up Leasing Consultant will be responsible for responding to prospect inquiries, showcasing the apartment community, and converting prospects into residents. After substantial leasing is completed, the consultant will transition to the next project in the greater Phoenix, AZ area.

Requirements

• Previous leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responding to all prospect calls, walk-in visits, and internet inquiries in a professional manner.
• Presenting the apartment community in a positive light.
• Showcasing the property to prospects and converting them to qualified residents.
• Answering phones promptly and responding to all prospect inquiries.
• Maintaining and following up on leasing and application paperwork.
• Recording traffic in Yardi.
• Performing marketing and outreach for the property.
