About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Lease Up Coordinator for Victoria at Huxley Yards apartment community in Madison, WI. This is a tax credit property with 250 units. This position will pay up to $70,000.00 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The Lease-Up Coordinator is a roving role responsible for driving leasing performance, marketing efforts, and compliance execution at assigned Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and affordable housing communities. This position combines expertise in affordable housing compliance, sales, marketing, and customer service to successfully meet lease-up timelines and ownership expectations. This role requires frequent travel across multiple communities (approximately 50–100%) and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on property needs.

Requirements

• Experience with LIHTC
