About The Position

The Lease Processor II is responsible for verifying and processing lease contract packages to ensure each file is accurate and complete before funding. This role involves reviewing lease contract documents for conformity with Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of Truth-In-Lending and Regulation M disclosures, and verifying the correct calculation and disclosure of federal-mandated fees. The position also requires inspecting documentation for suspicious or fraudulent information, performing financial calculations, and maintaining consumer confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a loan/lease processor in auto funding.
  • High school diploma and/or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skills.
  • Strong analytical reasoning abilities.
  • Excellent verbal, reasoning, and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent planning, leading, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using lease software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple files effectively and efficiently.
  • Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
  • An applicant must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible for this position.
  • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Review lease contract documents to ensure conformity with Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) policies.
  • Ensure contracts submitted for funding are complete, accurate, and reflect proper approval authorities, specifically Truth-In-Lending and Regulation M disclosures, and ensure the accurate calculation and correct disclosure of federal-mandated fees.
  • Inspect the lease package documentation for any suspicious or fraudulent information.
  • Verify calculations on the contracts before funding and prepare completed files for funding.
  • Perform financial calculations such as payoffs, rebates, residuals, payments, money factors, lease worksheets, vehicle registration, driver’s license, residence, and insurance coverage.
  • Inform the manager of discrepancies in the contract package or verification of information and note the file.
  • Maintain confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
  • Follow up with Dealership, Sales team, and other internal partners to resolve all non-compliant funding issues via Dealer Chat, email, and Inbound/Outbound Calls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
