About The Position

Jade Owls is a fast-growing oil & gas operator built on integrity, grit, and cash flow. Since 2022, we’ve grown more than 65x and currently operate 13,500 BOPD across Northeast Wyoming and Oklahoma. We’re seeking an experienced Lease Operator to support daily field operations and production optimization.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge of various well types and production equipment
Strong safety mindset; comfortable working independently
Reliable, driven, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Nice To Haves

Process Tech or Maintenance Tech degree preferred
Previous oil & gas field experience preferred

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor wells, tanks, pumps, and production equipment
Perform daily inspections to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues independently
Measure production volumes and recommend optimization improvements
Complete accurate daily production and equipment reports
Prepare oil tanks for sale and coordinate oil and water hauling
Ensure compliance with OCC, BIA, BLM, OSHA, and OK DEQ requirements
Participate in route reviews and collaborate with Foremen and Engineering
Maintain positive landowner and community relationships
Provide coverage for Foremen and assist with training entry-level Operators as needed
