About The Position

ExxonMobil is seeking a Production Operator located in the Bakken. Production Operators maintain and document key production data while focusing on reliability in their area. The position involves stewarding field safety and environmental initiatives, overseeing contractors, recording and communicating production information, troubleshooting and conducting field maintenance, coordinating repairs, and complying with company policies and applicable regulations. The role requires working outdoors and alone and being available for overtime and callouts during scheduled workdays.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and a background check.
• Ability to work outside and alone.
• Availability for overtime and callouts during scheduled workdays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Steward field safety and environmental initiatives and oversee contractors in the assigned area.
• Accurately document and record production data and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot and perform field maintenance and general housekeeping to maintain reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance and facility repairs with multiple teams.
• Comply with company policies and state and federal regulations, including site security requirements and monthly and quarterly inspections.
