If you’re an experience compression technician who can walk onto a customer site, assess equipment, troubleshoot an issue, and get the job done, this is an opportunity to put that experience to work! As a Lease Compression Technician II, you will take ownership of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting repairs, and equipment performance across natural gas compression packages. You will work independently in the field while serving as a trusted technical resource. This role is ideal for a technician who has built a foundation in natural gas compression and is ready to take on greater technical responsibility. You will have the opportunity to work across engines and compressors, perform repairs in both the field and shop, monitor equipment performance, and provide customers with clear recommendations. With roots dating to 1833 and a portfolio of iconic OEM brands — Cooper-Bessemer™, Ajax™, Superior™ and more — Cooper supports over 22,000 units in the field globally. This is your opportunity to lead a key chapter of that story.
