About The Position

This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet. The Lease Asset Analyst will perform audits of installation and pull reports to ensure accuracy of asset database and ERP records. They will audit the physical and systematic flow of returned assets, identify disposal opportunities for slow moving or obsolete inventory and initiate the scrap process to optimize inventory. The role involves maintaining date records of asset locations and deployment status; reconciling physical inventory with assets register; investigating, resolving, and addressing any inconsistencies with all interested parties. The analyst will develop relationships to improve process efficiency and responsiveness across the organization and partner with Operations, Field Service, and Sales to ensure assets are properly accounted for throughout the asset’s lifecycle. This role will also perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of deployed assets.

Requirements

2 years of relevant finance experience.
Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach
Passionate about driving quality within a project organization
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required i.e., Pivot Tables, Macros, working with large amounts of data
Read, write, and speak English fluently
Work in an unsupervised environment
Use a computer to communicate, create, and access information
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport
Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and possess good troubleshooting skills
High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to “make things happen”
