Requirements

2 years of relevant finance experience.
Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach
Passionate about driving quality within a project organization
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required i.e., Pivot Tables, Macros, working with large amounts of data
Read, write, and speak English fluently
Work in an unsupervised environment
Use a computer to communicate, create, and access information
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport
Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and possess good troubleshooting skills
High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to “make things happen”
Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.

Responsibilities

Perform audits of installation and pull reports to ensure accuracy of asset database and ERP records
Audit physical and systematic flow of returned assets
Identify disposal opportunities for slow moving or obsolete inventory and initiate the scrap process to optimize inventory
Maintain date records of asset locations and deployment status; reconcile physical inventory with assets register; investigate, resolve, and address any inconsistencies with all interested parties
Develop relationships to improve process efficiency and responsiveness across the organization
Partners with Operations, Field Service, and Sales to ensure assets are properly accounted for throughout the asset’s lifecycle.
Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of deployed assets
