Lease Analyst
About The Position
The Lease Analyst position requires availability three days a week onsite at the Microsoft Campus in Redmond, WA. This role involves managing the scanning and filing of paper documents, archiving, indexing, and boxing lease files for off-site storage. The analyst will also be responsible for the review, scanning, and routing of incoming mail, supporting the Account Director, Operation Manager, and CRM's as needed, and triaging cases for abstraction. Collaboration with MS Space is required for assigning buildings to the database, and the role involves working with various SharePoint sites for document uploading. Additionally, the analyst will run monthly reporting for shareholders and may perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum 2 years related work experience to include lease administration and accounting
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate principles and financial concepts
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional planning and decision-making skills are highly desired
- Ability to work effectively in an organizational structure, and interact positively with various groups of individuals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications
Responsibilities
