Requirements

2+ years supervisory experience in a fast paced environment.
Experience providing feedback and coaching to develop team
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of a group of the Lease Administration team supporting CSI's customers and actively maintaining those relationships.
Review administrator work, which includes data entry, purchase orders, legal documents and check requests.
Actively manage some accounts/transactions and interact with customers, vendors and the CSI sales team.
Ensure the accuracy of certificates of acceptance and other documents that are exchanged with the customer.
Collaborate with other CSI departments and vendors to ensure customer needs are met.
Provide ongoing training, coaching and feedback in order to develop and grow members of your team.
