About The Position
Oracle's Global Lease Administration team, part of the Global Controller Organization, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lease Administrator – Data Centers (IC3). This role is crucial for managing a portfolio of data center leases and subleases, ensuring accurate lease data, billing/payment processing, compliance, and reporting. The position specifically supports compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of Oracle’s global data center lease portfolio. The successful candidate will independently manage an assigned lease portfolio end-to-end, including maintaining lease records and supporting documentation in Oracle’s lease management system, coordinating lease-related billings and payments, supporting close activities, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure data integrity.
