About The Position

This Learning & Talent Development Consultant position is within PNC's Learning & Talent Development Enablement organization, based in various locations including Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, Downers Grove, IL, Columbus, OH, Phoenix, AZ, or Washington, DC. The role involves consulting, curating, designing, developing, facilitating, and advising on learning and talent development solutions to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include providing career development guidance, counseling managers on talent strategies, partnering with business and HR leaders to set and measure learning priorities, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective initiatives. The consultant will leverage skills in project management, instructional design, and technology, and will be responsible for developing and executing testing, deployment, and communication plans. The role also involves driving innovation, facilitating data-driven conversations with senior leaders to assess skill development needs, and enabling employee career journeys through program management and resource navigation. Employees are expected to be customer-focused and adept at managing risk, adhering to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
  • Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions (Customer Focused)
  • Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (Managing Risk)

Responsibilities

  • Research and Innovation for new and existing processes

  • Communicate tech releases and strategic roadmaps aligned to enterprise and HR goals
  • Consults, curates, designs, develops, facilitates and/or advises on learning and talent development solutions that fulfill business objectives
  • Provides career development guidance to employees and counsels managers regarding learning and talent strategies and best practices
  • Partners with business and HR leaders to establish, monitor and measure learning and talent priorities
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective initiatives, leveraging skills in project management, consultation, instructional design and technology
  • Develops and executes testing, deployment and communication plans, and maintains learning and talent solutions
