The Consultant applies a practical, enterprise‑focused approach to needs assessment, coaching, and solution delivery for both individual contributors and managers. This role also collaborates closely with instructional design partners to develop relevant curricula, exercises sound judgment when navigating operational and compliance requirements, and contributes to continuous process improvements within their scope of responsibility.
