About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience with supporting end-to-end system implementations, including requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of learning management systems (LMS) or cloud-based platforms
  • Experience with resolving complex system issues, troubleshooting technical challenges, performing root cause analyses, and delivering effective long-term solutions to ensure platform reliability and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of enterprise learning management systems (LMS) or cloud-based technologies and their customization to address unique user needs and compliance constraints in federal or large-scale enterprise environment
  • Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions to engage stakeholders, uncover system needs, and translate requirements into actionable solutions
  • Ability to present system concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring a shared understanding and alignment with customer goals
  • Ability to deliver polished, client-facing products, including solution documentation, testing results, user guides, and recommendations aligned with stakeholder objectives
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and implementation of enterprise systems or learning management platforms or 9+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and implementation of enterprise systems or learning management platforms may be accepted in lieu of degree
