About The Position

This position assists the organization and individuals to improve performance by designing training and learning solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Technology, Healthcare or related field
• Minimum three years of related work experience in a healthcare environment or LMS-related web environment.
• Strong understanding of LMS – Docebo preferred (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, etc. transferable knowledge)
• Integration Platform Experience: Workato, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Zapier (less complex environments)
• Data Skills including: Advanced Excel, SQL basics, CSV manipulation, Power BI
• REST APIs, JSON, Postman, Basic scripting
• HRIS-to-Docebo integrations
• User provisioning/deprovisioning
• Data synchronization processes
• CSV imports and exports
• APIs and webhooks
• Audit and compliance requirements
• Business Analysis Skills: Meet with departments to gather requirements, Translate business needs into technical workflows, Assess downstream impacts of changes, Document requirements, Perform user acceptance testing, Identify process improvement opportunities
• Excellent verbal, written, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide positive and professional customer service; thorough understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Analytical ability required to perform systems analysis, evaluate user requests, recommend, and implement accurate, efficient, and economical solutions.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans/schedules for systems implementation/special projects.
• Experience with the assessment, design, development, and implementation of digital learning and development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configuring the LMS to meet the institution's specific needs, including customizing user interfaces, course structures, and user roles.
• Generating and analyzing reports to track learner progress, engagement, and course effectiveness to fine-tune educational content and strategies.
• Ensuring seamless integration with other tools and platforms, such as content authoring software, video conferencing tools, and external databases.
• Providing technical support to users, including learners and instructors, to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth navigation within the LMS.
• Managing user roles and permissions within the LMS to maintain a secure and organized learning environment.
• Regularly updating the system, applying patches, and implementing security measures to safeguard data and ensure uninterrupted access.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective e-learning courses.
