The Learning Systems Administrator & Analyst is a dynamic team player who will support the successful adoption and use of the Yardi Senior product suite. This role combines Learning Management System (LMS) administration, learning analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve onboarding, compliance training, learner engagement, and system adoption at scale. As a newly created role within a growing team, this position offers strong opportunities for professional growth, increased ownership, and expanded responsibilities as training operations and technology capabilities continue to evolve.
