About The Position

Your Role The Enterprise Learning team designs strategic learning solutions that actively engage employees in developing essential skills for effective performance and career mobility, thereby supporting Blue Shield's mission. The Customer Experience (CE) Learning Stakeholder Partner Consultant reports directly to CE Stakeholder Sr. Manager. In this role you will drive stakeholder relationships and their learning strategies, including building and maintaining strong partnerships across all business leadership teams, developing learning strategies, managing complex projects, as well as working with matrixed teams to operationalize learning initiatives. You and your team are responsible for leading PODs across matrixed teams, responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering effective learning solutions.

Requirements

  • Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
  • Requires one to be viewed as a specialist within Customer Experience
  • Requires the capability to conduct thorough analysis and determine underlying factors impacting performance, delivering targeted learning interventions as appropriate
  • Requires strong project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary Liaison for all stakeholder interaction
  • Drive stakeholder relationships and learning strategies with an Enterprise mindset
  • Analyze learning needs, build requirements, and create learning plans
  • Provide learning and knowledge management solutions for high priority and highly complex projects, with limited support from manager
  • Lead and manage learning PODs to develop, deliver, and implement learning solutions
  • Manage and report on complex projects using data and analytics
  • Own driving identification and fulfillment of knowledge gaps, internally and externally with a focus on quality
  • Support the Vendor Center of Excellence driving change management and certifying the proficiency of facilitators globally
  • Other duties as assigned
