In this role, the successful candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for the order-to-cash process, managing incoming global customer orders and supporting requests from regional offices. This position serves as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of service, effective communication, and timely resolution of order-related inquiries. The Senior Customer Experience Partner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing and logistics-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to support complex customer requirements, including coordination with supply chain, production, and logistics teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of urgency with exceptional customer follow-up and ownership mindset, ensuring timely resolution of issues and inquiries.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong drive to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficient in standard computer applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
  • Comfortable working across multiple customer platforms, including cloud-based solutions (e.g., iCloud or similar environments).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and basic formulas.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with JD Edwards (JDE) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains a focus on Customer Satisfaction while managing day-to-day activities of customer accounts and regional parteners.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and propose solutions. Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Acts as key interface with the customer account site-buyers.
  • Handles all customer interactions in a courteous intercompany , helpful and professional manner.
  • Works closely with manufacturing planners and logistics personnel in order to keep supply line free of interruptions.
  • Completes all required training and follows all Macdermid Alpha Health, Safety & Environmental policies/procedures.
