The Enterprise Learning team designs strategic learning solutions that actively engage employees in developing essential skills for effective performance and career mobility, thereby supporting Blue Shield's mission. The Customer Experience (CE) Learning Stakeholder Partner Consultant reports directly to CE Stakeholder Sr. Manager. In this role you will drive stakeholder relationships and their learning strategies, including building and maintaining strong partnerships across all business leadership teams, developing learning strategies, managing complex projects, as well as working with matrixed teams to operationalize learning initiatives. You and your team are responsible for leading PODs across matrixed teams, responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering effective learning solutions.
