About The Position

We are looking for a senior Learning & Skills Lead to bridge the gap between our talent strategic goals and the day-to-day growth of our teams. In this role, you will turn our defined plans into tangible reality—building the frameworks and processes that leaders and teams actually use to thrive. You are an execution-focused expert who excels at diagnosing team learning needs, understanding organizational direction, and creating high-impact learning and development experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling learning and development or leadership programs within fast-paced or evolving organizations, preferably Tech organizations.
  • A strong track record of building impactful, end-to-end learning curricula and personally delivering engaging training sessions.
  • A proven track record of translating organizational goals into practical programs, while remaining fully comfortable designing, delivering, and facilitating directly.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise, support, and collaborate effectively with senior executives and functional heads.
  • A data-informed approach to learning, with a demonstrated ability to measure real business outcomes and behavioral shifts.
  • Curiosity for the future of learning, including how to leverage AI and modern tech to optimize development.

Responsibilities

  • Translate organizational direction into actionable, high-impact learning initiatives, frameworks, and leadership development actions across the company.
  • Act as a trusted partner to functional leaders, diagnosing team-specific learning needs and aligning development initiatives with business goals.
  • Oversee the structural elements of people development, including career pathing, competency frameworks, performance/promotion cycles, and succession-linked programs.
  • Lead high-level training sessions and design engaging curricula for leaders, balancing internal delivery with external vendor management.
  • Track organizational impact and behavioral change (moving beyond mere completion rates), while continuously modernizing our approach using new tools and AI-driven learning solutions.
  • Oversee the L&D budget, vendor partnerships, and consultant relationships.
