About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Learning Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for a contract position with a major financial institution in Richmond, Virginia. The role focuses on functional and content quality assurance for newly developed learning products. The specialist will test courses in the Learning Management System (LMS), identify and report bugs, errors, edge cases, navigation problems, scoring errors, and tracking issues, and provide actionable feedback to help ensure digital learning solutions are intuitive, accessible, and reliable.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, copy editing, or instructional design.
• At least 1 year of experience testing and troubleshooting eLearning (SCORM/xAPI) within a Learning Management System (LMS).
• At least 1 year of experience working with Articulate 360 authoring tools, including Storyline and Rise.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience conducting QA for digital learning experiences.
• Experience using comprehensive QA checklists for both functional (technical) and content (editorial) reviews.
• Experience reviewing and editing supplementary learning materials, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT) decks, facilitator guides, and video content.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing for eLearning, such as screen readers and keyboard navigation.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive functional and content QA checklists for newly developed learning products.
• Stress-test courses in the LMS to find edge cases, navigation bugs, scoring errors, tracking issues, and other problems before courses reach Associates.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback on technical and structural integrity to help ensure digital learning solutions are intuitive, accessible, and glitch-free.
