About The Position

As Learning Program Manager, QuickBooks International, you'll keep our UK, Canadian, and Australian training programs aligned with our US programs. When the US curriculum changes, you'll work out what needs to change in each international program, then partner with our Instructional Designers to make those updates. Your day-to-day work is comparing programs, spotting gaps, and planning the updates. You'll need to understand QuickBooks well enough to tell a change that affects every market from one that only applies in the US. You'll also need the program-management discipline to track many updates across three regions without letting any slip. This role suits someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones with a globally distributed team.

Requirements

Prior experience as a Learning Program Manager (or equivalent role managing learning programs end to end).
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
Located on the US East Coast, or able to consistently work Eastern Time hours to align with our overseas team.

Nice To Haves

5+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization.
Experience managing training programs for multiple countries or regions, including localization or regionalization of content.
Familiarity with tax, bookkeeping, accounting, or payroll practices, especially differences across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Experience partnering with Instructional Designers and a working knowledge of instructional design methodology and adult learning principles.
Experience designing or managing learning programs for customer support or Expert-facing roles.
Experience with LMS and learning platforms (e.g., Degreed, Docebo, Credly).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with structured planning and tracking tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed, virtual teams.
Master's in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor changes to US QuickBooks training programs and assess their impact on the UK, Canadian, and Australian programs.
Conduct gap analyses between US and international programs, identifying content that needs to be updated, localized, added, or retired.
Distinguish between global product changes and market-specific differences (e.g., regional tax, payroll, compliance, and terminology) so each program stays accurate for its learners.
Maintain a clear, current view of where each international program stands relative to the US baseline.
Translate identified gaps into clear, prioritized update requests for the Instructional Design team.
Provide IDs with the context, source materials, and success criteria they need to implement changes efficiently.
Review updated content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives before release.
Own the end-to-end update cycle: intake, prioritization, scheduling, tracking, review, and launch.
Manage timelines and workloads across multiple concurrent updates using task tracking systems and operational checklists.
Establish and refine repeatable processes and SOPs for keeping international programs in sync with the US.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact between US and international learning teams on program alignment.
Work East Coast hours to collaborate in real time with overseas stakeholders.
Communicate update status, risks, and milestones clearly to leadership and partner teams, and escalate issues promptly.
Track KPIs related to program currency, learner engagement, completion, and effectiveness across regions.
Gather and analyze learner and stakeholder feedback from each market to inform future updates.
Maintain accurate program documentation, course assets, and change records within the LMS and related systems.
