As a Learning Program Analyst, you'll play an important role in delivering the training experiences that help Southwest Employees learn, grow, and stay prepared to support our operation. Serving as a subject matter expert for Southwest's learning systems—including SumTotal, Cornerstone, and Comply365—you'll partner with business Leaders to translate training needs into effective system solutions, ensuring learning programs are configured, assigned, tracked, and maintained accurately. Through your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and focus on continuous improvement, you'll help optimize the learning experience, support critical training initiatives, and enable Employees across the Company to stay trained, compliant, and ready to deliver the safe, reliable, and Customer-focused service Southwest is known for.
