Advancing healthcare with heart Job Summary The Learning Operations Specialist supports the planning, coordination, administration, and execution of learning programs that strengthen the Associate Experience (AX), leadership competencies and skills, culture, and organizational capability building. This role coordinates program logistics, schedules, participant communications, materials, LMS setup support, tracking, reporting, and documentation to help ensure learning initiatives are delivered consistently and efficiently. Working under the general direction of the Director and in partnership with HRBPs, COEs, Communications, facilitators, and vendors, this role helps maintain operational discipline and a seamless learning experience for associates and leaders. While the role may support light content updates or facilitation coordination, its primary focus is learning operations, logistics, administration, and execution support.
